Lincoln Family

A picture of the Lincoln family, around the time Lincoln was elected. From left to right, they are Robert Lincoln, the oldest child, Thomas "Tad" Lincoln, the youngest, Mary Todd Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln, and William "Wille" Wallace Lincoln, the second youngest.

Not included is Lincoln's second child, Edward Baker Lincoln, who died in 1850 at five. Willi died in the White House during Lincoln's first term at twelve, while Tad died in 1871 at eighteen. Only Robert made it into adulthood, dying in 1926 at 83.

At times, Lincoln's life sucked.
