Yes, yes he could. A couple of weeks ago I took a weekend vacation to Newport, a coast town up here (or down here, if you live north of me) in Oregon. I visited the Oregon Coast Aquarium, a marine science center, a couple of beachs, and a few places in town, and these are my pictures.
